Pierre G. Mansur had over 35 years of research, development and operations experience supported by an expansive portfolio of patents. Mr. Mansur was formerly the founder, Chairman and President of SystemOne Technologies Inc. where he successfully launched an Initial Public Offering in 1996. Pierre designed and patented the first fully integrated self-recycling industrial parts washer that in effect obsolesced all non-recycling parts washer products and services available from any source. To date over 60,000 units have been installed in over 35,000 locations worldwide and the company is recognized as the global technology leader in the recycling parts washer industry for close to twenty years. Sadly, he passed away in June of 2020, but his legacy lives on by his three children that have closely worked with him since the company’s inception.

Paul J. Mansur has over 20 years of operational expertise within the automotive and information technology sectors. Paul graduated from the University of Miami with a bachelor’s in business management & organization & minor in marketing. Within those 20 years of experience, Paul has grown organizations into multi-million-dollar organizations using his vast experience leading accounting, operational and marketing efforts, while also using his years of sales experience to help grow the organizations he has worked with. During the past 5 years, Paul has led his own information technology organization NXT GEN Technologies, Inc. to rapid success that includes multi-award-winning recognition by the South Florida Business Journal, CRN Magazine and Inc. Paul is still actively engaged with the University of Miami acting as a guest speaker for the undergraduate program.

Michael P. Mansur has worked closely with his father, Pierre G. Mansur, since the project’s inception. As Chief Engineer of Mansur Corporation, he has over 10 years of 3D CAD and CNC Machining experience. Michael is also very knowledgeable about plastic injection molding, the distillation process and machine part manufacturing. Furthermore, Michael has research and development experience working within the automotive and water purification industries.

Renée L. Mansur-Cornette is the Chief Operating Officer of Mansur Corporation. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design and Illustration from the University of Miami. In addition to her over 20 years of design experience, she worked side by side with her father, Pierre G. Mansur, researching, testing, and developing this project since its inception. Working so closely with her father has allowed Renée to become knowledgeable about distillation, as well as many manufacturing processes such as plastic injection molding and electrical wiring. Renée is responsible for overseeing all marketing led initiatives within the corporation.

Jan Metheny, formerly Chief Engineer for Reliance Electric, a division of Rockwell International, has over 40 years engineering experience in all aspects of design and manufacturing, including materials, life-cycle testing, and tolerances. Jan Metheny has worked side by side with Pierre Mansur for over 25 years, including Chief Engineer for SystemOne Technologies Inc.

Mark J. Bryn is Managing Partner of the Miami-based Transactional and Corporate law firm, Bryn & Associates P.A. Mr. Bryn has an LL.M. from Georgetown Law School, a J.D. from Cleveland Marshall College of Law, and a B.A. from Boston University. Mark was a former Senior Attorney and Assistant Branch Chief at the Securities and Exchange Commission, Division of Corporation Finance. Mark has over 30 years of experience with respect to corporate, financial, transactional and intellectual property matters. Mark Bryn, P.A. is a significant equity shareholder in Mansur Corporation.

Dr. Jan Hedberg is Chief Consultant Advisor of IBC (International Business Consortium Ltd.) a Euro-American company specializing in environmental advisory services spanning legislative, business strategy and technology both in Europe and the United States. He has a Master of Science from the Darmstadt Technical University in Germany, as well as a Master of Science and a Ph.D. from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and he has over 30 years of experience in consultation for a wide range of environmental issues globally. Dr. Jan Hedberg is a significant equity shareholder in Mansur Corporation.

Richard Smith has a wide range of public and private company experience as a Chief Financial Officer ranging from start-ups to mature entities including successful IPO, private placement and road show experience; key member of senior management teams involved in all material business and operational decisions; depth of experience with SEC, Nasdaq, and other regulatory bodies, and risk management and succession planning. Mr. Smith’s education includes Cambridge University, M.Phil. in Finance; University of Illinois, Masters of Business Administration; and Illinois Wesleyan University, Bachelor of Science in Accounting.

Alberto Arredondo is a Senior Executive with an extensive record of growing sales and profits for computer and consumer electronics for diversified multinational corporations. Mr. Arrendondo is solely responsible for a $400 million dollar increase in sales for Latin America, South America and the Caribbean. His sales education includes MBA from University of California, Los Angeles and BS in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Autonoma Metropolitana, Mexico City. Alberto Arrendondo is an equity shareholder in Mansur Corporation.
